Our history dates back to 2013, when we started manufacturing and exporting a wide array of ready-made garments. We always strive to fashion the best possible value in favor of all stakeholders with our varied range of quality products, strong commitment and on time delivery. Our company is continuously taking up projects to build business relationships with our valued customers. Management has always followed the all-out strategy to become one of the market leaders with all out endeavors, effort, dedication and hard work of the highly skilled and experienced work force.
Following the Market strategy Developing is ongoing process and this process consciously help us to grow independent Sourcing concern with Individual Service Management to serve our Customers better as well as the nation in the upcoming days in Fashioned way.
What We Do
Our strategy is to serve our valued clients with a variety of products and fully outsource services, including all backward link sourcing, merchandising, designing, sample development, quality control, compliance management, shipping and logistics.
Through our strong sourcing professionals and some of our partner factories, our main purpose is to help our customer’s source their products competitively and efficiently, thereby allowing them to focus on their core businesses.
We are also developing customer base QC management and the act of doing this to work as the eyes and ears of our clients. In this role, we ensure that our client’s production is going smoothly and represents a quality product. We also conduct the final AQL inspections, which are sent to our clients before shipment.
Our Sourcing Strategy
Every customer is unique in terms of their requirements with respect to pricing, quantity levels, lead times, approval processes, compliance standards etc. Some of our customers prefer to take a very hands-on approach towards their sourcing needs, whilst others adopt a more hands-off approach preferring to focus on other areas of their business. Whatever approach our customers wish to take, we always try and understand as much as possible about our customers’ needs and Endeavour to establish a sustainable supply chain to deliver across all their sourcing needs.
